What a provider can help with.

Limitless Vital is the membership, the plan and the support around it. When something calls for medicine, you meet an independent licensed provider through our telehealth partner — and everything below is theirs to evaluate, decide and prescribe, not ours.

Listing a category here is not a determination that it is right for you. Many members never need any of it.

Licensed providers in all 50 states

Wherever you live in the US, you can be seen by video by a provider licensed in your state. In TX, NM, AZ consultations run through a separate clinical group; everywhere else through our national telehealth partner. Which one you see is decided by your state rather than by you — licensure works that way.

Medical weight management

Including GLP-1 medications, where a provider determines they are appropriate.

Weight is a metabolic problem long before it is a willpower problem. Where a licensed provider judges medication clinically appropriate, it runs alongside the nutrition, training and coaching in your membership rather than instead of them — which is the part most programmes skip.

  • Clinical evaluation and lab review
  • GLP-1 medication where a provider prescribes it
  • Dose management and side-effect support
  • Protein and strength work to protect lean mass

Testosterone and men's hormone health

Evaluation, labs, and testosterone therapy where clinically indicated.

Flat energy, poor recovery and shifting body composition have many possible causes, and testosterone is only one of them. A provider looks at the whole picture before anything is prescribed, and keeps monitoring it afterwards.

  • Comprehensive hormone panel
  • Provider evaluation and diagnosis
  • Testosterone therapy where clinically indicated
  • Ongoing monitoring and dose adjustment

Women's hormone health

Perimenopause, menopause, and the shifts that start earlier than most women are told.

Hormonal change rarely announces itself. It shows up as sleep that stopped working, a body that responds differently to the same effort, and a mood that is harder to place. A provider evaluates symptoms and labs together rather than treating one number.

  • Symptom and history review
  • Hormone panel
  • Hormone therapy where clinically appropriate
  • Coordination alongside your own physician

Peptide therapy

A provider-led category, with availability set by regulation rather than by us.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids used across a range of clinical protocols. Some are FDA-approved for specific uses and many are not, and the rules governing what a pharmacy may lawfully compound continue to change. A provider decides what is appropriate and what is available.

  • Provider evaluation against your history and goals
  • Protocol selection where appropriate and lawful
  • Monitoring and adjustment over time

Availability varies by state, by provider judgement, and by what may lawfully be compounded. We cannot promise access to any particular compound.

Regenerative medicine

An emerging area, offered only where a provider judges it appropriate and lawful.

Regenerative approaches aim to support the body's own repair. The field moves quickly and the strength of evidence varies considerably between treatments, so expect a provider to be direct with you about what is well established and what is still early.

  • Provider evaluation and candid discussion of evidence
  • Treatment where appropriate and lawful in your state
  • Follow-up and reassessment

Evidence differs substantially by treatment, and state law governs what is available. Nothing in this category is offered as a cure.

Advanced diagnostics

The labs that make a plan specific instead of generic.

Most people have never seen their own metabolic and hormonal picture in one place. Panels are ordered and interpreted by a provider; Limitless Vital coordinates the logistics and reflects what they tell you back into your plan.

  • Comprehensive metabolic and hormone panels
  • Draw scheduling and coordination
  • Provider interpretation
  • Results carried into your programme

Sexual wellness

Often the first thing to change, and the last thing people bring up.

It is a legitimate clinical topic and frequently an early signal of something metabolic or hormonal. A provider can evaluate it properly, in private, without it being an awkward add-on to another appointment.

  • Private provider evaluation
  • Treatment where clinically appropriate
  • Discreet fulfilment through a licensed pharmacy
How care works

You are never handed a prescription by a platform.

Every item above runs through an evaluation by a licensed provider who can say no — and sometimes will.

Independent licensed providers

Limitless Vital is not a medical practice. Medical services are provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals through our telehealth partners.

  1. 1

You leave the Limitless Vital platform

The clinical intake, evaluation, and any prescribing happen with our independent telehealth partner, under their own terms and privacy policy.

  2. 2

    A licensed provider evaluates you

They review your history, may order or request labs, and decide independently whether any treatment is appropriate for you.

  3. 3

    Nothing is guaranteed

A provider may determine that clinical care is not appropriate, or may recommend an approach you did not expect. That decision is theirs alone.

  4. 4

Your Limitless Vital plan continues either way

Nutrition, training, recovery, coaching, and tracking are part of your membership regardless of the clinical outcome.
